Displayed prices and currency
MAVERA's base currency is USD. Customers in supported markets may see USD, GBP, CAD or AUD. The checkout shows the final currency, item price, shipping charge, taxes and order total before payment.
Payment methods
Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout and can vary by country, device and Shopify configuration. Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. MAVERA does not ask customers to send complete card details by email.
Order confirmation and acceptance
An order acknowledgement confirms that we received the request. Acceptance occurs when the order is confirmed for fulfillment, subject to applicable law. If an item cannot be fulfilled, contains a material pricing error or cannot pass reasonable payment or fraud checks, we will contact you and return captured funds for any cancelled item to the original payment method.
Verification and fraud prevention
Shopify, payment providers and fraud-prevention services may screen transactions. We may request reasonable verification, place an order briefly on hold, limit quantities or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized transactions, abuse or fraud.
Changes and cancellations
Contact caiwei02@gmail.com promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. If an item has shipped, the Refund Policy applies.
